We have a Development Department with three multilingual professionals, including an architect, exclusively dedicated to the marketing of development units, who coordinate all visits with buyers and the sales process right up to the deed, and who are the point of contact with real estate Developers. This department is equipped to effectively represent the sale of properties on plan, in a meeting room with buyers, especially if the state of construction does not allow visits to the property. We currently represent more than 160 developments and are in contact with the main property developers in the new-build market in Greater Lisbon.
