We have a Developments Department dedicated to managing our portfolio of Developments, with multilingual Managers, exclusively dedicated to the marketing of units of developments, who coordinate all visits with Buyer Clients and the sales process up to the deed, and who are the point of contact with Real Estate Developers. This department is equipped to effectively represent the sale of off-plan properties, especially if the construction stage does not allow visits to the property. We currently represent more than 130 developments and are in contact with the main real estate developers in the Greater Lisbon new-build market.

We support our Developers in their pricing studies, give opinions on the suitability of the floor plans for the target market and propose alternative floor plans if desired, and assist them with their marketing strategy and the production of advertising materials.

We promote developments on the most important real estate portals, always in line with the development's target, we promote in national and international newspapers and magazines in the property sector. We run Google Adwords and social media campaigns, as well as e-mail marketing campaigns. 

We have a portfolio of loyal recurring investors to whom we present our developments in the pre-sales phase (private sales).
