Best Portuguese Real Estate Performer 2022 in France

On December 9th, 2022, the 14^th CCIFP (Franco-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Gala took place at the Aéro-Club of France, in Paris, where 11 companies in various categories were awarded, and where more than 250 Portuguese and French business people were present, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. João Gomes Cravinho, and the new Ambassador of Portugal in France, His Excellency José Augusto Duarte. In a night full of charm and entertainment, this gala included a prestigious dinner, the awards ceremony, and the exclusive concert by the guest fado singer Cuca Roseta.

In this annual event, Infante & Riu - Portugal Real Estate was awarded with the Best Portuguese Real Estate Performer 2022 category, sponsored by the French company Nexity, the top French developer for residential projects, and René Riu, French co-founder/CEO of the agency, created over 8 years ago in Lisbon with his Portuguese partner Sara Infante, had the honor of personally receiving this trophy and the opportunity to present in a few minutes the company's activity. In his acceptance speech, René also mentioned that "Infante & Riu stands out as an excellent example of Franco-Portuguese cooperation, both for its DNA and its customers, since Portuguese clients now represent more than 50% of the business."

This award is actually the recognition of all the effort and dedication that the Infante & Riu team has been making since 2014 in the French market, focusing a lot on product appreciated by French buyers, and betting on several real estate fairs around the country and on insertions in French press and portals. Its team of professionals, in contact with French clients, known for their high requirements, has developed a level of service that has been successfully applied to other foreign and national clients.
