Real estate agency with an office in Chiado, specializing in the marketing of NEW DEVELOPMENTS that are new, concluded, under construction or in project, operating in the Greater Lisbon area, with international and national buyers.

• A recognized brand among the main promoters/constructors of real estate projects in the segment of commercialization of new properties in Greater Lisbon, with a dedicated department and team, with 8 years of experience and a proven track record
• International and national property marketing, online and offline
• Presence at national and international real estate fairs
• Dimension: 30 Employees (Staff + External Associate Consultants)
• Portfolio of + 1000 properties | + 130 New Real Estate Projects to be launched (Developments), in Greater Lisbon

WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT EXTERNAL ASSOCIATE ADVISORS:

• In the Greater Lisbon area
• Preferably with previous experience as a real estate advisor or proven commercial experience in other market sectors
• Fluency in English
• An understanding of Portuguese
• We value French knowledge
• Autonomy and proactivity
• User-friendly office skills
• travel provided by the Advisor in their own car, or by alternative means of transport (public, cabs, platforms), to visit buyers in the Greater Lisbon area

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE ADVISOR:

• New Construction: Accompanying buyer and investor clients for new real estate projects (“new-build” properties) in the agency's development portfolio
• Second-hand properties: Prospecting for properties from private owners (individual) and investors, accompanying potential private buyers and investors

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS:

• Attractive commissions from the first business deal
• Exclusively variable compensation, paid in proportion upon the amounts received by the agency
