LUXURY REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER
Infante & Riu, a Real Estate Agency, based in Lisbon, positioned in the luxury market, focused on accompanying international buyers, especially French, is looking for a Sales Manager.
· Managing the sales activity of a team of real estate advisors (10 to 15 people) and be present for each team member when there is a listing meeting, major follow up or negotiation process with a client throughout the process of purchasing with our agency's assistance;
· Organizing classroom training sessions. In charge of continuous coaching of the sales team;
· Managing and animating group and individual sales meetings,in charge of each team member's sales performance;;
· Ensuring that the team’s overall sales objectives are accomplished;
· Being involved in the recruitment and selection processes of new advisors for the team.
We are looking for:
· A candidate with a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Real Estate as an Advisor (mandatory);
· Experience in teams' management in Real Estate (preferably) or within other fields of activity;
· Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
· Fluent in French (preferable);
· Strong negotiation competencies, natural leader’s profile, goal-oriented, excellent communication skills, ambitious and dynamic;
· Professional business attire;
· Holding at least a Bachelor’s degree and with a high level of general cultural knowledge;
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
· Fixed salary + Performance Bonus + Commissions upon your team’s sales;
