REAL ESTATE ADVISOR - DEVELOPMENTS

Real Estate Agency, based in Lisbon, positioned in the luxury market, focused on accompanying international buyers, with over 100 developments and 1000 listings in the portfolio, is looking for a Real Estate Advisor to join the Developments Department.

Responsabilities:

Accompanying buying customers (main responsability) : 

• Accompanying potential buyers when visiting developments;
• Negotiating offers, taking care of all buying procedures up to the signature of the Deed, interface with lawyers and real estate developers.

Core business properties enlistment:

• Searching and enlisting new real estate developers/developments;
• Accompanying real estate developers through all selling procedures, from first offer up to the signature of the Deed.

We are looking for:

• A candidate with a minimum of 1 year experience in Commercial Real Estate (mandatory)
• Fluent in Portuguese, English and French
• Strong negotiation competences, goal-oriented, excellent communication skills, ambitious and dynamic 
• Professional business attire 
• Holding at least a Bachelor’s degree 
• Driver’s Licence
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
